1st Rate Ship of the line, Science Museum, 1:48
Model from Science Museum Archive of unknown George I First rate ship of the line.
The model shows many interesting details, including cabin floors, one of which appears to be the points of the compass.
Apparently the model separates into an upper and lower half. I shall have to go back and see if they will let me photograph it with the top removed, which will result in photos of the gundeck and the orlop, hopefully.
Some small parts are missing or damaged, most notably the starboard quarter piece.
